Street/Track Exhaust Header - M30 Engine

STAGE 2 Our proven design, this header fits E9, E12, E24, E28, and E34 chassis cars with the M30 'big 6' engine. Features 1 5/8" primary tubes and 2" collectors so it will work well on performance-modified M30 engines. Designed and made right here in Southern California. Fitment: Intended for left-hand-drive cars, will not fit right-hand-drive cars. Note: The headers are made from mild steel. To prevent rust and corrosion, consider either ceramic coating (see main photo above) or using high-temp paint. Ceramic coating is special order, please allow for an additional 1 week lead time. Uncoated headers are painted black for protection during shipping, this black paint will burn off once headers are installed. Note 2: We've made these with open collectors and without an 02-bung. A competent shop can either run a custom exhaust or make a connector to the existing exhaust. An 02-sensor bung should be placed shortly after the convergence of the primary tubes for accurate air/fuel ratio readings. The pictures below show an IE M30 header with a customer applied coating.
